Charles Heath, Vice President and Senior Consultant. Since coming to Tramutola in 1999, Charles has managed over 70 successful ballot measures and has helped elect numerous public officials including state senators, assembly members, county supervisors, mayors, city council and school board members. Charles enjoys both the creative and quantitative elements of political strategy and plays a lead role in planning and executing the strategies that help our clients win. Prior to joining the TRAMUTOLA team, Charles worked as a policy analyst for a public policy think tank in Sacramento, as an aide in the California Legislature and as a reporter for a local newspaper. Charles is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with degrees in Political Science and English, and he earned a Master's Degree from the London School of Economics.

Charles and his wife live in Oakland. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys skiing, sailing and traveling.
